Hannah was absolutely amazing to work with. Service was out of this world. This was my 3rd home buying purchase and I wish I had her on my team for my first two purchases. She was very informative, kind, helped me really lock in the best lending options without me having to do all the work. She saved me time and stress. She also was so resourceful in providing connections to lock in home owners insurance and other things. Since we were relocating from out of state, Hannah and her team made sure we had a seamless process thru and thru.

We were 1st time buyers and knew nothing about the process. We started out by going to the big corporate banks we have accounts with.. But other then being provided a lump sum approval with a rate, we were treated like we didn't even matter and had difficulty getting them to call us back and provide detailed breakdowns and answer our questions. Our realtor John Hagarty recommended Hannah and it truly was a blessing. She knows everything and was so patient with us and answered a million questions and educated us on everything we needed to know and walked us through the process every step of the way. She even helped us close early which saved us money on rent. She really took the stress out of it and made us feel like a priority. I highly recommend her to anyone buying a home.

Hannah is super efficient! The entire process was done super fast/smoothly. If you are looking for a very transparent broker, I would choose Hannah. We really love that she initially sat with us, went through a sample closing cost sheet, and explained each line by line. This was super helpful because when we actually did see the closing sheet, it was not the first time we had seen it. Hannah was also very good at explaining all the things we didn't understand, as we were first-time home buyers. Thank you, Hannah! For guiding us in our first home purchase!

Hannah and her team are absolutely incredible! Over the past couple of years, she has consistently gone above and beyond for my home-buying clients here in Spring, Klein, Tomball, The Woodlands, Magnolia, Montgomery, Conroe, and the greater North Houston area. One of the biggest advantages of working with Hannah is her ability to shop multiple rates and programs in-house, giving buyers options and confidence in one of life’s biggest financial decisions. She combines deep mortgage expertise with a personal touch—treating every client as if they were her only one. Professional, responsive, dedicated, and refreshingly down-to-earth, Hannah makes the financing process smooth and stress-free. Whether you’re purchasing your first home, moving up, or refinancing, I can’t recommend Hannah highly enough. She’s my go-to lender partner for a reason. Thank you, Hannah, for the outstanding care and dedication you show to every client!"

I have worked with Hannah’s team at Lunar Mtg on several different types of refinance and sale transactions. They are very knowledgeable and organized. Their team communicates consistently and clearly. Judging by the repeat clients, I would say they are great at obtaining the best rates and low closing fees too. I work for a title company and it is sometimes difficult to get to closing smoothly and on time. All of Lunar’s deals run smoothly from start to funding. A+ Will use on my personal transactions.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Hannah Wilkes, Sr. Loan Officer with the Lunar Mortgage Team, on a first-time home purchase for my client—and she was absolutely exceptional! Hannah was incredibly responsive to every call, text, and email, even on weekends. She kept everyone informed with timely updates and made the process seamless from start to finish. What truly impressed me was her commitment—she drove from Houston to Fort Worth to attend the closing in person. That level of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about her professionalism and care. I highly recommend Hannah to anyone looking for a lender who truly goes above and beyond.

Hannah Wilkes and the Lunar Mortgage Team were instrumental in making the homebuying process as easy as possible for us. I had heard stories before we began our home search that this would be a scary and intense process, but Hannah was there every step of the way to make sure we were on track. As a first time homebuyer, Hannah ensured my husband and I that she would guide us, answering every question we had. She provided me with info and financial literacy that I will carry with me forever. We truly could not have done it without her help. Thanks Hannah and Lunar Mortgage!
